Can I keep my current salon number?

Yes! We provide you with a new Voxali number. You simply set up Call Forwarding with your current provider so missed calls automatically route to Bella.

Does Bella handle rescheduling or cancellations?

Yes. If a client calls to change their appointment, Bella verifies their details, deletes the old slot, finds new available times based on your calendar rules, and books the new one securely.

Are reminders included in the price?

Email reminders are included universally in every plan to prevent no-shows. SMS reminders are unlocked securely in our AI Starter, Growth, and Elite plans.

Do you offer a free trial?

Because onboarding involves provisioning dedicated AI telephony numbers and custom calendar setups, we don't offer standard free trials. However, we offer full demos to let you hear the system, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you include a Booking Page?

Absolutely! Every single Voxali plan includes a beautiful, custom online Booking Page where your clients can view services, book available slots, and pay deposits directly without having to call.

Which countries do you support?

Voxali is available for salons in Stripe-supported countries including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Does Bella support multiple languages?

Yes. Bella can communicate in multiple languages, making it easier for salons to serve diverse clients.

Are call recordings available?

Expanded call recording features are planned for future releases.

Are call transcripts available?

Call transcripts are not currently part of the platform.

Does Voxali support multiple locations?

Not yet. Multi-location support is planned for a future release.

What payment methods do you accept?

Voxali uses Stripe for all payments and deposits. You can accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my salon data secure?

Yes. We use access controls, account separation, and trusted infrastructure providers to help protect your data. Learn more on our Security page.

What is white-glove onboarding?

Growth and Enterprise plan customers receive hands-on setup support including service configuration, staff setup, reminder settings, and call forwarding assistance.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.
