Welcome to Voxali. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voxali AI-Powered Salon Management platform, website, and related services.
By accessing or using Voxali, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Voxali offers subscription plans that include a set amount of AI minutes, SMS credits, and Email credits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee. Overage Charges: If you exceed the allocated limits for AI minutes, SMS, or Emails in your selected tier, you agree to be billed for this overage usage at the rates specified on our Pricing page via Stripe Metered Billing at the end of your billing cycle.
Voxali utilizes third-party providers (including Twilio for telephony and ElevenLabs for AI voice generation) to provide core features. You agree to use these features responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local telecommunications and spam laws (such as TCPA in the US).
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
